The proposal to spend $100million is all well intentioned. BUT SPEND ANOTHER $12million to keep the Coho intact, and place attractive, colorful murals on the walls that face docking cruise ships. The cost required to infrastructure LRT IN ORDER TO CONNECT WITH AN UP-ISLAND RESTORED AND UP-GRADED RAIL NETWORK is parallel infrastructure that all can be funded with Canadian constitutional money supply as the prime debt-free source using P3 conduits.
