Until there is return to Constitutional National Credit, money creation, supply and distribution or, in their absence, a form of Provincial Credit as fiscal policy within the Province, no solutions can exist to eliminate the vexations of excess, over-staffed bureaucracies; underpaid, work-horse, government employees; condominium repair, education, employment, human resources, immigration controls, infra-structure needs, medicare; political chicanery, patronage and profligate spending; social programs, safety-nets, over-taxation and other public matters.
